WHAT & WHY We will perform several maintenance actions on iAdvize platform on Thrusday, February 13, 2025, between 06:00 to 08:00 (CET): - an upgrade on database dedicated to our livechat conversations service - an upgrade on our livechat engagement service These actions aim to apply version upgrade in order to improve maintainability, stability and performances of these services central to iAdvize platform.
IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS To ensure this operation runs smoothly, we'll need to make several successive stops to the Conversation handling flow. We expect a service interruption of 30/40mins. During interruptions, experts will not be able to receive any new conversation. No modifications to platform features are expected.
