Resolved - We encountered two periods of instability on the platform from 10:30 am to 11:15 am (UTC+1) and then from 12:15pm to 14:45pm (UTC+1).
During these periods, the RealTime services managing real-time message exchanges were overloaded. The service managing the availability of agents was also impacted.
The consequences identified are as follows:
- Delays between sending and receiving a message
- Messages sent but not saved in the conversation history
- Two agents in the same conversation
- Slow initialization of a conversation (between 10 and 15s between the first visitor message and the arrival of the conversation in the conversation panel).

Our technical team developed an emergency patch to restore the situation at 2:45 pm (UTC+1).

Monitoring - Since 3pm (UTC+1), we have been able to restore the failed service that impacts conversation routing for half of our users.
The conversations are again correctly distributed for these users. You may receive previous conversations as a result of restoring the service.

Update - We continue our work to restore the application. At this stage, we have managed to restore a flow of incoming conversations to 50% of our users. However, a major service is still unhealthy impacting the production of the other 50% of our users. If you are not receiving a conversation, you must be concerned about this problem.
We are currently working to solve this problem.

Update - Despite our efforts, we are limited in our actions by the incident located at our hosting service. Nevertheless, we were able to restore the connection to the administration and the conversation panel. However, the loading of notifications on websites or message exchanges is still strongly impacted.
