Investigating

We are currently experiencing slight intermittent slowdowns on the platform.
These slowness may affect the proper functioning of the solution and more specifically the distribution of conversations. As a result, a very small portion of the conversations can be distributed with a delay to experts.
We are currently working on identifying the cause and resolving the problem.
