WHAT & WHY Our technical team will be performing a database update in order to upgrade engine version to ensure better performance of the Ibbü platform. This will occur on Wednesday, February 12, 06:00am - 08:00am UTC+1.
IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS - Our engagement database service will be upgraded. Therefore the Livechat platform will not be reachable. - All contact elements (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on the websites. - No modifications on platform features are expected.
HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE During this maintenance : - You will still have access to Ibbü conversation panel, however they won't have incoming conversations.
