WHAT & WHY We will perform a major maintenance on our main database service. This action will be carried out in two steps. The second will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2022, between 04:00 to 08:00 CET. These actions aim to improve maintainability, stability and performances of this database central to iAdvize platform.
IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS - During this maintenance, access to the IBBU platform (desktop, mobile apps) will be temporarily cut off with no possibility to receive and manage conversations. - Engagement notifications allowing visitors to start a conversation from websites will be temporarily cut off. - No modifications to platform features are expected.
