-----WHAT & WHY----- We will perform several maintenance actions on iAdvize platform on Thrusday, February 22, 2024, between 06:30 to 08:00 (CET): - a migration on database dedicated to our Livechat Conversations services - a migration on our internal system messaging queuing tool This action aims to apply version upgrade and security patches.
-----MPACTS ON COMPONENTS----- - To ensure this operation runs smoothly, we'll need to make several successive stops to the Conversation handling flow. We expect a service interruption of 45mins. During interruptions, experts will not be able to receive any new conversation. - No modifications to platform features are expected.
