WHAT & WHY Our technical team will be performing a messaging protocol update in order to clean databases dedicated to this service. The main target of this action is to ensure better performance and stability of the iAdvize platform. This will occur on Wednesday, April 2, 07:00 - 08:00 UTC+2.
IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS - Our messaging protocol service will be upgraded. Therefore the Livechat platform will not be reachable. - All contact elements (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on your websites. - The connection to the Desk will be perturbed with error messages or disconnections. - No modifications on platform features are expected.
HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE During this maintenance : - Your agents will still have access to iAdvize Desk, however they won't have incoming conversations or will experience random error messages or disconnections.
