*WHAT & WHY*
Our technical team will be performing an update of our messaging servers in order to ensure better performance and stability of the iAdvize platform.
This will occur on Thursday, April 1st, 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM UTC+2 (Paris Time).

*IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS*
Even if the update should only take a few minutes, you might notice the following effects :
- The connection to the iAdvize Desk might be perturbed with error messages or disconnections.
- All contact elements (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) might not be displayed on your websites.
- All iAdvize based BOTs and third-party BOTs can be offline.
- No modifications on platform features are expected.

*HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE*
During this maintenance:
- Your Agents will still have access to iAdvize Desk, however they won't have incoming conversations or will experience random error messages or disconnections.
- Your bot will not be able to handle visitor requests.
- The iAdvize administration for Managers/Administrators will not be impacted.
