WHAT & WHY
iAdvize will be performing a platform scale up in order to our ensure a better stability for the coming weeks (Black Friday, Christmas...).
This will occur on Wednesday, November 14, 00:00 - 01:00 UTC+1.

IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS
Our Redis service will be upgraded. This service is used to prevent overloads on our main database.
During this maintenance, the iAdvize solution (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on websites even if experts are connected and available to receive incoming contacts.
No modifications on platform features are expected.
